• Please note, due to the nature of our products we do not over returns or refunds.

• For bespoke orders we ask for 50% deposit up front and the remainder paid when collecting the hat.

• We ship internationally and have set a standard shipping charge for USA and Europe. Normally hats are sent in a hatbox with a protective outer box, we can send certain items in a smaller box (e.g. beret) which an be cheaper to send.
